RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns are accepted within 14 days of sale date, providing all original tags are attached and there are no signs of wear or damage to the items.
- Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
- When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
- Underwear and swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or damaged by customers.
Returns are in exchange for a credit note / gift card which can be used at any time via our website.
You can return your parcel to us by using your local postal service or a courier. We do not cover the cost of returns for our customers.

Any Items received back after the 14 days returns will not be eligible for a credit note / gift card.
Please note, if paying via PayPal at checkout the PayPal fee will not be refunded if the order is returned or cancelled.
